Leave No Trace Ireland Annual General Meeting 2020
When? 11:00 – 13:00, Thursday September 10th 2020
Where? Online via Zoom, Westport, Co. Mayo
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Leave No Trace Ireland will be held on Thursday, September 10th from 11:00 to 13:00 via zoom for the following purposes:-
- To receive and consider the directors’ report, auditor’s report, and financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2019.
- To reappoint the auditors of the Company and to authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration.
- Following the requirement of Regulation 52 of the Constitution for Directors to re-elect as Directors
- To enable the members to review the Company’s affairs.
The Zoom invitation will be provided on registration.
Due to the restrictions of COVID-19 members are kindly asked to attend the meeting via zoom or by proxy. For health and safety reasons if more than 15 attend the meeting in person the AGM will need to be postponed.
All members are invited to attend.
