Join us for an inclusive and accessible walk in celebration of Biodiversity Week, hosted by Leave No Trace Ireland and the Shamrock Squad. We’ll gather at the visitor centre at 10:30 am for a brief introduction before setting off on the scenic Seven Woods Trail. As we stroll through nature’s beauty, participants will engage in litter picking activities, guided by Leave No Trace Ireland trainers who will also provide enlightening insights into environmental conservation and biodiversity. After the walk, we’ll have a picnic in the serene surroundings of the Walled Garden, followed by engaging workshops and games facilitated by the expert trainers. It’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature, learn about conservation efforts, and enjoy a day filled with camaraderie and education.
