Save the Date: Strategic Plan Launch for Dark Sky Ireland

Dark Sky Ireland would like to formally invite you to the official launch event of their Strategic Plan 2023-2027 on October 6th 2023 at Blackrock Castle Observatory.
In 2022, with funding from The Heritage Council of Ireland, Dark Sky Ireland established their Strategic Plan for 2023-2027 through collaboration with a number of stakeholders, community groups and consultancy group 2into3. Although the plans are well underway, they would like to host an official launch of our Strategic Plan and share it during an afternoon event that will include guest speakers, light refreshments and a chance to meet and exchange ideas with like-minded guests with an interest in dark skies and protecting the environment for all living things.
The event is being run in conjunction with National Space Week and guests are invited by Blackrock Castle Observatory to stay and enjoy the Cork Space Festival Launch Event taking place at the Observatory at 6pm.
