Tony has over 33 years of working alongside young people and adults of all ages and backgrounds within scouting. He has travelled all over the world with scouting using the outdoors as medium to engage them. He currently works for the charity Extern as a Project co-ordinator for a Programme called Time-Out. For the past 2 decades Tony has worked at Roscor youth village. This has entailed helping young people engage with nature, learn new skills and become more independent. He has a diploma in Youth work and has intensive training and qualifications in outdoor activities. Throughout his years as a Youth worker Tony has developed various styles of engaging young people – group work, forums, arts and crafts, outdoor education including bushcraft and Naturelore.
