Ryan has been at Colin glen from 2015 and employed as an activity instructor with Colin glen from 2016.
He began his journey by participating in a Princes Trust personal development programme, where he developed massively and completely turned his life around.
During his time on the course, he grew a new love for outdoor sports, gained national outdoor qualifications, went onto win regional and national princes trust awards and then was a pride of Britain finalist.
The skills, knowledge and qualifications gained at Colin glen has allowed Ryan to move and work for a residential outdoor center in England before coming back to Colin Glen and taking up the role as Adventure Duty Manager, where he continues to learn and develop every day, ready to pass his skills and knowledge onto the next younger generation.
