Bernie Doherty lives in the glorious Inishowen Peninsula in Donegal with her husband and 3 children. She spends her days working in community music, visiting various schools, theatres and family centres to share music, instruments, songwriting and music for wellbeing workshops. Her focus with people of all ages and music, has always been built around wellbeing, self acceptance and an appreciation for themselves, their wider world and community. Incorporating nature for the same reasons makes perfect sense – when we take care of the world around us, we really help ourselves in so many ways, as well as protecting our planet.
