Working as an Outdoor Practitioner for 20 years, Sinead’s work in the natural environment takes her to many amazing landscapes in Ireland and further afield. As a Mountain and Climbing Instructor and a Kayaking Instructor, she spends most of her time working and playing in our natural environment and outdoor ethics are an integral part of her everyday life.
