We are delighted to offer Certified Awareness Training Courses and a 2 day Trainer Course in Dublin in the coming weeks. Supported by Dublin Rural Leader , these training courses are part of a larger Biodiversity Programme. This programme will also be creating  new resources and foster greater appreciation of the value of the natural environment in communities across Co. Dublin, changing mindsets to an eco-friendly one. With the effects of climate change already being felt it is imperative that communities are equipped with the tools to promote and protect their natural biodiversity and heritage.

Building on two successful pilot programmes that were launched in Co. Mayo and Co. Donegal, this project represents the next step whereby new communities and schools are reached and given the opportunity to increase their biodiversity awareness, and be equipped with the practical skills and knowledge to protect and improve their natural resources and heritage. Details of the upcoming courses in Tallaght and Skerries can be found here.

This training is funded by the Department of Rural and Community Development as part of a Community Rewilding and Biodoversity Training Programme.
