Training & Office Administrator
Leave No trace Ireland is seeking a passionate and organised Training & Office Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our office and training initiatives.
The Role
This multifaceted role offers the opportunity to contribute to a cause you care about while utilizing administrative skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth office administration and coordination of training programs, projects, and trainers. They will act as a key point of contact for trainers, participants, and various stakeholders, ensuring all aspects of training delivery run efficiently.
Salary: €20,280 p.a.
Hours: 24 hours (3 days). Fixed contract.
Period: 3 year

Reporting to: Education and Training Officer
Responsibilities:
- Training Program Administration
- Organize and manage training courses, including communication with trainers, venues, participants, insurance providers, and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain training schedules, logistics, and budgets
- Prepare training materials such as certificates, reports, and participant manuals
- Trainer Management

- Coordinate the trainer journey, encompassing registration, onboarding, scheduling, and payments
- Maintain a comprehensive list of trainers with updated qualifications and expertise
- Facilitate opportunities for aspiring trainers to shadow experienced trainers and develop their skills
- Logistics and Administration:
- Maintain training equipment inventory and ensure proper functioning
- Organize regional meetups for trainers, including venue booking, program development, and registration
- Manage a list of suppliers and maintain essential office inventory
- Office Administration:
- Manage office operations, including handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, and safety, coordinate repairs and maintenance services
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members
- Contribute to a positive and organized work environment by assisting with team-building activities and general office upkeep
Requirements
- A passion for environmental issues and a strong commitment to Leave No Trace mission
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a project or training administration role
- Proven experience in managing project deliverables within budget and time constraints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project management software is a plus

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Meticulous in collation and filing of data as required
- Happy to work within a small team and flexibility to take on various tasks as required e.g. marketing and promotions
