Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Leave No Trace Ireland will be held on Wednesday, 11th June 2025, from 10:30 to 11:50 for the following purposes:

1. To receive and consider the directors’ report, auditor’s report, and financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2024.
2. To reappoint the auditors of the Company and to authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration.
3. Following the requirement of Regulation 52 of the Constitution for Directors to re-elect as Directors.
4. To enable the members to review the Company’s affairs
