Tim has worked in the outdoors for 30 years. He qualified as a Mountaineering Instructor and Scottish Winter Mountain Leader. Tim currently runs a company called TORR Mountain Training that offers a mix of formal qualification and informal bespoke training in rock climbing, hill walking, mountaineering and many other nature based outdoor activities. Tim also works seasonally as a tour guide for Vagabond Tours of Ireland, an award winning sustainable tourism Irish travel company.
Tim, originally from Wicklow is currently living in Cork but works nationwide.
Tim is currently studying environmental science with the Open University .
