Máire is an active Advanced Trainer, based in Tipperary, and has delivered school, corporate and Certified Awareness Training. She enjoys many outdoor activities particularly being in the mountains or forests.
As a Forest Bathing Guide, Mindfulness Teacher, Scout Leader she tries to live by and model the principles of Leave No Trace wherever she is to inspire others.
