As an active member of Dungarvan hillwalking club since 2003, Stephen grew up at the foot of the Comeragh mountains in Deelish and is now based in Kilmacthomas at the heart of the award winning Waterford Greenway.
He thoroughly enjoys hiking, walking, cycling and camping throughout the year. He’s always had a great appreciation of nature and the great outdoors.
Now he’s about to embark solely on a new local business venture called “StepsBackThruTime walking tours” which will be educational, full of local stories and heritage as well as a great access to an open all senses form of guided walking tour on the Waterford Greenway. He hopes to be able to share and help live by the 7 Principles of the Leave No Trace ethics through this new tourism service in the heart of county Waterford.
