Undertakings

I/We undertake to ensure that all Leave No Trace training delivered will adhere to the Leave No Trace Ireland Training Guidelines.

I/We confirm that our insurance policy is valid and has as a minimum of the following cover:

Professional Indemnity: Limit of €2,600,000

Public Liability: Limit of €6,500,000

Employers Liability: Limit of €13,000,000

I/We confirm that our policies in relation to Garda Vetting, Child Protection and Health and Safety are in line with current National Guidelines.

I/We undertake to advise Leave No Trace Ireland of the Trainers delivering Leave No Trace Training

I/We undertake to notify Leave No Trace Ireland if there is a complaint/injury/accident on a Leave No Trace Training Course.

I/We confirm we will inform Leave No Trace Ireland if there is any conflict of interest in the delivery of training programmes.

I/We hereby declare that all the information given in this Application Form is correct to the best of my/our knowledge and belief. (misleading information will be grounds for termination of accreditation agreement and membership of Leave No Trace Ireland). I/We hereby undertake if so registered to adhere at all times to the Guidelines of Leave No Trace Ireland and accreditation agreement. I/We, hereby agree to receive and address any queries related to my /our application/membership such as regular communications, reminders, and notifications from Leave No Trace Ireland
