For most organisations the new year is a time for assessment, goal setting and strategic planning. The Leave No Trace Ireland Operational Plan 2013- 2015 has been developed as a toolkit is to assist develop strategic plans in the future. This plan has allowed Leave No Trace Ireland to define its main objectives, have greater control over its direction, be proactive, build teamwork and improve financial performance.
This initiative represents the beginning of a new level of partnership between partners to initiate joint planning for successfully embedding the Leave No Trace message on a strategic level. This new approach will lead to greater synergies for partners in developing their sustainable message.
