As the nights draw in, and it gets cold out, many of us are starting to look forward to the hope of the Christmas season. COVID-19 has become part of our lives and its impacts will continue into 2021. It has been a year of ups and downs, a year of disruption but also a year of innovation, of rethinking the way in which we operate and how we can continue to deliver our mission in an increasingly digital world.
