A Strategic Plan for Leave No Trace Ireland

Leave No Trace Ireland are currently developing a new strategic plan which will act as a blueprint for the future of the organisation. This is the first Strategic Plan to be developed by Leave No Trace Ireland and is thus an acknowledgement of the increasing maturity of the organisation over the last 9 years that it has the confidence to boldly set out a future for itself.

This plan will direct the work of Leave No Trace Ireland for the next five years and will build on the development of Leave No Trace Ireland, from a voluntary initiative in 2006, to the vibrant national organisation which it is today. Throughout June, we are seeking feedback and support from stakeholders. All information about the development of the plan can be found on the attached document. Once your feedback has been received, the proposal will then go to a second stage development in September, where a workshop of all interested parties will be held in IMMA, (The Irish Museum of Modern Art), to lay out detailed objectives.

The work on the development of the plan is being sponsored by the Board of Leave No trace with significant support from the executive of Leave No Trace and Vince McAlinden, one of our Advanced Trainers.
